Two methods of obtaining finance;

Advantages;

The dividends can be suspended/ postponed
No assets needed as collateral for raising capital.

Debt issue

Borrowing from banks
The cost of such capital to the organisation is the interest payable to banks

Advantages;

Interest payment are tax deductible
No need to charge ownership structure as compared to equity issue

Managing working capital

( to cover periods when they are waiting for payments to be received from customers but have to make payments to their suppliers, organ. need some form of working.cap. )

Advantages of large working capital;

Inventory easily available to customers because there is a large amount of stock kept.
Customers get credit as the organ can afford to give longer terms.

Cash received from customers can be used for other investments
Suppliers happy of prompt payment

For financial records to be proper, they must accurately do the following;

Daily cash receipts and payments
List the level of inventory ( finished goods ) an organ. is holding
List level of inventory that has been sold
assets & liabilities

Records should be kept at least 3 years by a private and 6 years for a public company.

Financial statement is considered true and fair if the accounts;

are prepared in accordance with acc standards
are prepared with generally accepted best practices
is clear, unambigous and accurate
does not contain material omission
is not false/ misleading
have info that is of sufficient quality and quantity and satisfies the expectations of users

Annual returns is required to maintain proper records and financial accounts.

Hey guys so this is what happened today;

I decided to skip class becos ive got headache, must be too stressed. This isn't a good sign, i don't want to fall sick during exam period, its annoying ugh. I need to study, and i have no time to slack. Coffee is like my daily need now, can't live without it. I aint as lucky as you people out there who has better timetable as me, ive got at least 6 hours of class a day ya know. And 6 hours with no breaks in between, yeah that. Facing the same lecturer and not to mention, the most annoying lecturer ever. Who hates me, and so do i hate her, yuck. So inconsiderate. Ive got into an accident two days ago and I was late for her class, late for just 15 mins, i tried my best to reach on time but Ive to settle up those things yadayada w/ the annoying bus driver who scolded me like hell as well. So yeah, I was late and then there was no place and left the seats infront damn it. So I wanted to pull a table and stick to bohboh hehe! And that goldfish aka my annoying fab lecturer said " ive got eye sight problem today, please don't sit there and don't pull the tables around its really disturbing me" wtheck wei. Like seriously?! Oh well, so my friends and I squeezed into 4 tables teehees! Even more fun :D

Anyways, I was supposed to complete my part C by today. Well, I was ALSO supposed to finish part c on monday, and its wednesday now. Thanks to the useless edc class, if it wasn't for attendance, I wouldn't go. Seriously. Damn freaking useless and wasted my time, ugh. Or else, I wouldve completed the whole fab. Now I have 18 more chapters to go, and Im trying to finish them in two days, 9 chapters tomorrow and the other 9 on fri. Sounds so stressful. 9 chapters, thats around 100+ pages? Meh. But I have to do it, so I planned to be a good girl, sleep earlier tonight so that I can wake up at 8 tomorrow to study the whole day. Same goes to friday teehee. Okay, this is getting a little draggy.

Oh yeahh, my car got towed today, damn. You've no idea what I've gone through this week. Toughest week ever, damn unlucky. Lady luck wasn't w/ me I suppose, sigh. Imagine that feeling when you found your car gone in.just.less.than.20.mins. Dad came to save me within half-an-hour and we got everything settled in 4 hours time, damn annoying. Had a hard time looking for my car. Government has nothing better to do, why tow my car and not contribute something to the world! :(

Btw, you guys should check out how disgusting this is. The obedient wives club, seriously? What a shame. :/

Everything in life has been so good lately. Im the happiest I've ever been and I couldn't ask for much more.

finals' in 27days, which means we're closer to freedom, I smell the air!

Dad & eldest bro are coming home in less than 4 days time, finally.

On a wednesday evening, right after our EDC classes, we decided to head for chilli pan mee cause I was craving so much for it D: Feiling tagged along! :)
Big regrets though cause all of us who went there got diarrhea. and I couldn't wake up the next day so I skipped my 2nd day's EDC.

We usually have deals before our exams, and there was this deal between Hwee Jin and Ding, if he gets above 80, she would eat 4 table spoons of chilli. Aww sad for her, she lost the bet, oh well.

SEM2 is coming to an end. I'm currently having a bittersweet feeling. Somehow, I'm happy we're all moving on to SEM3 soon. And a part of me secretly wished that time would pass a little slower. People usually say time flies when you're having fun. It feels like just yesterday, I stepped out of WMS. And now, we've all moved on to our own paths. Just 10 months ago, I was taking my SPM, and worrying about my results 7 months ago.

No doubt, in college I've met many friends and they're awesome. People here are way more friendly, understanding ( in a way ) and the best thing is, they don't take people for granted, they never ever back stab you. No gossips, absolutely, nothing. Okay maybe there is but definitely lesser, much more lesser. You never have to worry about what people think, just be yourself. They accept, listen to you, forgive and forget. Afterall they taught me how to be a better person. Not to hate anyone and learn to love everyone around you. I've learned so much from them.

Tolerance, especially. Its really hard for me to tolerate someone. For a person like me, nah, dream on. I wouldn't tolerate someone who's so immature. But i think i've changed, to a better person. I've learned to tolerate some people, so much. I would've slapped them in their faces if it was last year, seriously. Cause, I was one of those immature people too. People grow. :)
You know what? I love you guys :')
And I love how we have always tried our best to beat other groups, putting so much effort on our studies, counting our average marks on T4 and compared w/ G5, feeling so happy when our lecturers complained about other groups being so rude to them, and so happy when we got praised by ms teh. Hands down.

Uh yeah wooo. Im here cos im currently taking a short break to reward myself for being so hardworking today. Woke up at 10am and studied at 10:30 without touching my laptop, itouch and so on. No social network for me until..half an hour later which was at eleven? Oops. I guess people like me can never live without internet. Oh well oh well.

So I started with my FFA today after so long. And man, i finally understood something after 1 month of slacking around and being so blur in class. And im now wondering what did I actually do for the past few um 7 months? August is coming soon and i think time really does fly when you're having fun, no? I'm kind of afraid of moving into a brand new chapter next year. Acca. No offence but I really don't like the fact that my group has to merge with the others and have our class in auditorium everyday. I think that sucks, so sorry but im anti social like that. ;/ Honestly, I hate meeting new friends cause you don't know who to talk to and then you have to go like 'hey nice to meet you' and things like that. So annoying. And then it takes you for at least a month to know that person better and what if you can't click with him/her? Then you'll have to go to the other people and oh start all over again. Hi hi hihi. :'(

I can't imagine my life in the next three years. We even have to go back to college on a saturday, pathetic.

Its the end of July today. Everything went so smoothly this month. There's too many things happened in this month like, in a row that i have absolutely no idea where to start from. First of all, hello people! Ah where do I start from? I'm back here as I promised. July has been an exciting month for me but also the stress-est month of all. We learned so many things in a day and 6 hours class with only 30 minutes break in between. So, I didn't pay attention at all, as usual. I complain a lot in class to my 'lesbo partner' every single day about the boredom and tiredness, without fail. Well, that's me and i get so tired easily. Every day I reach home at 7-8 and thats without jam exclude tuesday. Le sigh. I know right, why in the world do i live so far?

Sorry for the long hiatus. Life has been notsogreat due to my super packed schedule and i'm going to be in college for 10 hours tomorrow. I'm having a mini quiz on my T1 & T3 tomorrow which i've already passed those papers and obviously forgotten everything. Screw my mini brain. Ah, so it's 8pm right now and i haven't started anything cause I just got home. Stressed. I promise I'll come back to you soon blogger.

Teenage love. Parents always tell us not to focus on relationships because they aren’t important at our age and we should wait until we’re done with school to find someone, right now it’ll only distract you. But by that time comes, we aren’t young anymore. I think the best part about being young and in love is how deeply we feel. When you find someone you really like, you get really excited and jittery just to hear their voice. That moment where your heart stops when you finally have the guts to tell them you like them. You think about their every feature and every moment you spend together and it just makes you feel happy inside. That first kiss is like nothing you could ever explain, it’s too good to be true. But teenage love is like a roller coaster. It’s cliche but so true at the same time. You fight and scream and yell. You’re whole body just feels weak, with your heart hanging heavily. You fall asleep crying, thinking that nothing could be worse, feeling like you’ve hit rock bottom. Like I said before, we feel everything so deeply, even the pain. We let ourselves get hurt because we never knew how hard we would fall. We were so ignorant of the consequences. Yet you should be thankful to have the ability to feel that hurt, that you found someone that could actually make you feel that way. For some people its too late… because in those years that we have, where we laugh and cry, we learn to love and be strong. Some of us built these walls up because they learned too early how to be strong. Don’t take these years for granted because you will never get them back and there’s a possibility you may never feel the same again.

Remember how much I wanted college to start earlier? Yeah, honestly holidays are awful for me. I used to love the holidays back in high school. And now.. I dread the holidays, i hate holidays. Now that the college days are drawing closer, i can't help but to feel a little nervous inside and I'm afraid of the piles of homework. It isnt high school anymore, I can't just not pack my bag and go to school early in the morning to copy homework. Sigh. I don't think I can take the stress and seriously. I just don't want the holidays to end right now. Aaah. I don't even know what I want now.

When I first met you, I never thought I'd get this far.

Today, is the end of everything. I promise, I am never going to be the one who's going to start first. Never. Mark my words. And by everything, I mean, uh I'm definitely stopping this shit i'm doing right now. So fed up of everything. Need a clear piece of mind for now and a freaking vacation in Florence or something. ( I know right, why of all florence, but it was the first thing that came up to my mind. ) Feel like moving somewhere and start off new where nobody knows me.

Because, things never go as planned and you always have to roll with it.

When I first met you I never would have imagined that I would have such strong feelings for you , would have dreams about you or miss being ' by your side ' , or get butterflies in my stomach when someone mentions your name or when you talk to me. ( I thought this only happens before every addm exams, I was wrong ). I’m not going to stress over you anymore. It isn’t worth it. I tried to work something out, but you just ignored it. I’m not trying to say I don’t want you because I definitely do. All I’m saying is I’m done chasing after you.

But, you obviously have to do that to me or else you're a freaking jerk that nobody wants.
I know that I sound so fickle minded here and made it sound really complicated ( to the above sentence ) but.. it's just for me to know and not for you to find out. (?)

Anyways, skype session failed yesterday due to some really sad reasons so I'm off to skype with my beloved addm buddies.

Anyways, just got off skype a moment ago. The addm buddies cheered me up, I didn't even tell them I was so down. But they being themselves, made me so happy that I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire catch up session we had. I miss you guys so so much.

It was so funny cause I was complaining to Prime how becky kept getting herself off skype. ( to bath ) and she never did. All she did was, sleep and then I had to give her a wake up call. I acted to be so pissed and she immediately came skype to make sure I wouldn't go off. Obviously being my BFFidiot, she could tell that I was obviously just kidding and she knew I wouldn't go off just like that. We argued so much on who's prime's favorite addmaths' student. Haha, maybe too much details on these non-sense. Ah shit, I bet you have 0 interest in my blog now. But please just don't give up on me..yet.

So we caught up on each other sad sad life. And the best part was, when B was bathing, Prime and I just randomly planned out an outing for tomorrow. Yadayadas, i bet nobody is even reading this now so i shall end this. :(

But, forgive me, I have to say that Becky's reaction was super funny when we told her about it.

" Are you guys kidding me? You guys are planning it like..one and a half hour just before on the day itself ?! I can't believe it la, I mean I just want to go home and sleep"

All she thinks about is sleep sleep and just sleep. We still forced her to come, we had our superb ways which i'm not going to reveal right now cause I'm still under my primekhershin plan. Teehee!

Then I just called the breast nipple but she hasn't come back to me yet! Hopefully she can make it. *fingers crossed* Because really, i've not seen them for soo long, miss them so much, jeez.

Need to realize we're nothing beyond friends. Well, at least for now.

On a brighter note, my birthday in 20 days, i'm counting down constantly to someone, hehe. College's starting in 7 days. Very very excited, I say. I've been rotting at home since forever and I need fresh air.

Random; Did I mention how much I love guys who smell so good? They get extra points here. Guys with cologne is extra yum. Okay, I sound rather sick here but seriously.

Memories. It’s amazing how memories could just come and go. We’ll forget about what happened in the past for a while, and one day, it could suddenly just hit us all at once. And we’re there breaking down because we begin to remember all the things we did, the feelings that we had, the smiles that we gave, and the laughs that we shared. Everything that made us happy… is all just a memory. Looking back sucks, but then again, it just reminds us how strong we are to have gotten through what we went through. They are what made us who we are.

Hello guys! I've decided to public my blog, for real this time. And the previous blogs I used to blog at are all privatised for memory sake.
Anyways, i'm actually on my 3 weeks semester break and god i want this to end quickly, so badly. But if I can drive that'll be a different story.I swear I have so many plans but I'm constantly having transport problems, meh.

And, I do realize that I need a house at PJ area. Pfft, people around me are complaining so much.
